Alpha Crawler
Terms & Conditions
Effective 28 September 2026
Using Alpha Crawler
These terms cover your use of Alpha Crawler’s website crawler, reports and optional integrations. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. Questions can be sent to support@alphacrawler.org.
Authorised crawling
Crawl only websites and information you are authorised to assess. Respect applicable law, website restrictions, rate limits and intellectual property. Do not bypass access controls, submit credentials in URLs, overload websites or use the service to probe private networks, collect sensitive personal information or distribute harmful content. You are responsible for crawl scope and the information you submit.
Accounts and access
Keep your account and integration keys secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise and for promptly reporting suspected misuse. Guest reports are available for the current session; saved history and repeat schedules require an account. We may limit or suspend abusive activity or access that threatens other users, websites or service reliability.
Reports and limitations
Scores and findings describe the evidence available from the crawl and are not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, revenue, accessibility or compliance. Partial crawls, blocked requests, site changes and missing measurements affect coverage. Crawl delivery timings are not browser Core Web Vitals. Use supported PageSpeed and field-data connections for those measurements. Review evidence before changing your website; AI output can be incorrect.
Integrations and third-party services
Google, AI providers and Looker Studio operate under their own terms and limits. You control the accounts, properties and snapshots you connect. API usage can incur provider charges independently of any chat subscription. Keys can expire or be revoked. Alpha Crawler cannot guarantee third-party availability, Google verification approval or compatibility with every model or API.
Schedules, plans and availability
Once, daily, weekly and monthly options describe when a crawl is requested. Repeat runs depend on active hosting, available capacity and the saved schedule. Interruptions can delay or prevent a run. Customised agency services, limits, support and any charges must be agreed separately in writing. We may maintain or update the service; keep copies of reports important to your work.
Your information and content
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant the permissions needed to fetch, process, store and display it to provide the features you request. You must hold the necessary rights for any material you submit or share. Our Privacy Policy explains account information, saved reports and connected data.
Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for decisions made from reports and for changes to websites. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Ending use and updates
You can stop using the service and revoke connections at any time. Contact support@alphacrawler.org for account deletion. Previously exported reports or third-party copies may remain with their recipients. We will publish material changes to these terms with an updated effective date; separately agreed agency terms continue to apply to their agreed scope.
